      随着骨质疏松诊疗研究的进展,骨质疏松分子生物学实验广泛应用于临床及科研,精准评价和判断骨代谢活性。本文经大量文献分析,30余位专家编撰完成了骨质疏松易感基因、分子信号通路、受体、蛋白、激素、细胞因子、骨转换标志物、干细胞以及微量元素等实验应用指南,不仅提升了骨质疏松诊疗的科技含量,也将推动骨质疏松分子生物治疗的进程。
英文摘要:
      With the progress of research on the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis, molecular biology experiments on osteoporosis are widely used in clinical and scientific research to accurately evaluate and judge bone metabolic activity. After extensive literature analysis, more than 30 experts have compiled experimental application guidelines for osteoporosis susceptibility genes, molecular signaling pathways, receptors, proteins, hormones, cytokines, bone turnover markers, stem cells, and trace elements. It not only enhances the technological content of osteoporosis diagnosis and treatment, but also promotes the process of molecular biological therapy for osteoporosis.
