| 糖尿病性骨质疏松症（diabeticosteoporosis，DOP）是糖尿病常见的慢性骨骼并发症。中医学认为DOP是“消渴”合并“骨痿”的范畴，其病因病机联系紧密。目前，针对DOP研究具有多样性和模糊性的特点，本文将基于清代医家陈士铎“阳明火旺，肾水不足”的中医理论，从中、西医学认识DOP病因病机的角度出发，探究中医药从脾肾相关理论治疗DOP的有效方法，以期为今后的基础和临床研究理清思路、开拓方向。 |

| Diabetic osteoporosis (DOP) is a common chronic skeletal complication of diabetes mellitus. According to Chinese medicine, DOP is a category of “thirst-quenching” combined with “bone impotence”, and its etiology and pathogenesis are closely related. Currently, the research on DOP is characterized by diversity and ambiguity. Based on the Chinese medicine theory of Chen Shiduo of the Qing Dynasty, which states that “Yangming fire is strong and kidney water is insufficient”, this paper explores the effective methods of treating DOP from the spleen and kidney related theories in Chinese medicine from the perspective of the etiology of DOP in both Chinese and Western medicine. It is hoped that this study will clarify the ideas and develop the direction for future basic and clinical research. |
