| 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种以骨量降低、骨微结构退化为特征的骨骼代谢性疾病。脂代谢异常与OP密切相关,可通过改变骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)分化方向,促进脂毒性物质产生,恶化骨髓微环境,影响OP的发生。成骨分化依赖脂质分解利用供能,而病理状态下,BMSCs/成骨细胞脂质分解利用能力下降,骨髓微环境中脂质堆积。因此,促进脂质分解利用,能够为成骨分化过程提供能量,同时改善脂毒性微环境,干预OP的发生发展。本文深入剖析脂代谢与OP的联系,梳理OP发生发展中脂质分解利用相关机制,为OP的防治提供新思路。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a bone metabolic disease characterized by decreased bone mass and degeneration of bone microarchitecture.Abnormal lipid metabolism is closely related to OP, which can affect the occurrence of OP by changing the differentiation direction of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), promoting the production of lipotoxic substances, and deteriorating the bone marrow microenvironment.Osteogenic differentiation depends on the degradation and utilization of lipids for energy. However, under pathological conditions, the ability of BMSCs/osteoblasts to degrade and utilize lipids decreases, and lipids accumulate in the bone marrow microenvironment.Therefore, promoting lipid degradation and utilization can provide energy for the osteogenic differentiation process, while improving the lipotoxic microenvironment and intervening in the occurrence and development of OP.This article analyzes the relationship between lipid metabolism and OP, sorts out the relevant mechanisms of lipid degradation and utilization in the occurrence and development of OP, and provides new angles for the prevention and treatment of OP. |
