| 辛伐他汀(Simvastatin)是一种广泛使用的降脂药物,主要用于降低胆固醇水平,但其在骨代谢中的应用也引起了广泛的关注,近年研究表明,辛伐他汀对成骨细胞(osteoblasts)的增殖分化具有促进作用,其作用机制主要是通过调节Wnt/β-连环蛋白(Wnt/β-catenin)、骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、磷脂酰基醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/AKT)、Hedgehog(Hh)等信号通路来实现。鉴于此,笔者通过总结上述信号通路,研究辛伐他汀与成骨细胞之间的关系,不仅有助于理解成骨细胞分化增殖的机制,还可能为骨质疏松症的治疗提供新的思路与方法。 |

| Simvastatin is a widely used lipid-lowering drug, mainly used to lower cholesterol levels, but its application in bone metabolism has also attracted widespread attention. Recent studies have shown that Simvastatin has a promoting effect on the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts. Its mechanism of action is mainly through the regulation of Wnt/β-catenin (Wnt/β-catenin), bone morphogenetic protein (BMP), transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β), phosphatidylalcohol-3-kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/AKT), Hedgehog (Hh) and other signaling pathways. In view of this, the author summarized the above signaling pathways and studied the relationship between simvastatin and osteoblasts, which not only helps to understand the mechanism of osteoblast differentiation and proliferation, but also may provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of osteoporosis. |
