| 笔者从祖国传统医学的角度深入探讨了老年骨质疏松（osteoporosis，OP）脾肾阳虚型的病理机制与治疗策略。在中医理论中，OP与脾肾两脏功能失调紧密相关，其中脾肾阳虚型OP为老年OP的重要证型之一。此类患者通常表现为骨微结构破坏和骨量低下，同时伴有肌肉量减少，即肌少症，这与中医“肾之合骨也，脾之合肉也”的理论相呼应。治疗上，中医采用“益火补土”和“温补脾肾”的方法，常用的方药如强骨饮加减等，已显示出良好的临床效果。中医理论为脾肾阳虚型OP提供了独特的治疗视角和方法，未来的研究应进一步探索这些治疗方法的作用机制，并与现代医学治疗相结合，以提高OP的治疗效果。 |

| This article delves into the pathological mechanisms and treatment strategies of senile osteoporosis (OP) with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. In traditional Chinese medical theory, OP is closely associated with dysfunction of the spleen and kidney organs, with OP of spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome being one of the important syndromes in senile OP. Patients with this syndrome typically exhibit destruction of bone microstructure and low bone mass, accompanied by muscle mass reduction, i.e., sarcopenia, which echoes the traditional Chinese medical theory that "the kidney corresponds to bone, and the spleen corresponds to muscle." In terms of treatment, traditional Chinese medicine employs methods such as "invigorating the yang to benefit the spleen" and "warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney," with commonly used prescriptions like modified Qianggu Yin demonstrating favorable clinical outcomes. In summary, traditional Chinese medical theory offers a unique therapeutic perspective and approach for OP with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome. Future research should further explore the mechanisms of action of these treatment methods and integrate them with modern medical treatments to enhance the therapeutic effects of OP. |
