| 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种常见的骨骼疾病,与骨代谢相关。随着我国老龄化程度不断上升,OP的患病率也在逐渐上涨,其特征是骨形成和骨吸收失衡,导致骨强度下降,同时极易导致骨折,对患者及社会造成严重负担。自噬是一种细胞内自我降解过程,在骨代谢中起着重要作用,可影响骨细胞的存活、增殖和分化,以及骨重塑和骨吸收的平衡。研究发现,细胞内自噬的表达水平与骨质疏松等退行性疾病有关。中药单体是中药中具有独特药理活性的化学成分,研究发现在预防和治疗OP方面具有潜在的疗效。本文基于自噬与骨代谢介绍中药单体对OP骨代谢的影响,探讨中药单体治疗OP,为临床治疗提供策略。 |

| Osteoporosis (Osteoporosis, OP) is a common bone disease related to bone metabolism. With the increasing degree of aging in China, the prevalence of osteoporosis patients is also gradually increasing, Its characteristic is an imbalance between bone formation and absorption, leading to a decrease in bone strength and a high risk of fractures, which poses a serious burden on patients and society. Autophagy is an intracellular self-degradation process and plays an important role in bone metabolism, which can affect osteocyte survival, proliferation and differentiation, as well as the balance of bone remodeling and bone resorption. Research has found that the expression level of intracellular autophagy is associated with degenerative diseases such as osteoporosis. At the same time, the study found that TCM monomer is a chemical component with unique pharmacological activity in TCM, which has potential efficacy in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.has achieved good results. Based on bone metabolism, this paper introduces the effect of TCM monomer on OP bone metabolism and discusses the treatment of OP to providing a strategy for clinical treatment. |
