| 随着人口老龄化严重,患有绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)的人口数量越来越多。PMOP是一种代谢性综合症,其主要诱因是卵巢功能的衰退,导致雌激素水平显著下降,该病症表现为骨量显著减少、破骨细胞数量异常增加,以及骨结构的严重破坏,进而引发骨骼变形和疼痛等症状。近年来,肠道菌群调节骨代谢的作用机制已成为研究热点。它能通过影响机体免疫反应、调控代谢产物、影响肠道通透性及机体的营养状况等途径在PMOP的发生发展中发挥重要的作用。本文对肠道菌群在调控PMOP中的最新研究进展及相关作用机制进行了综述。 |

| With the serious aging of the population, the number of people suffering from postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) is increasing. PMOP is a metabolic syndrome that the main trigger is the decline in ovarian function, leading to a significant decrease in estrogen levels. The condition is characterized by a significant decrease in bone mass, an abnormal increase in the number of osteoclasts, and a severe destruction of bone structure, which in turn leads to symptoms such as skeletal deformity and pain. In recent years, the mechanism of intestinal flora in regulating bone metabolism has become a hot research topic. It plays an important role in the development of PMOP by influencing the body's immune response, regulating metabolites, influencing intestinal permeability, and the nutritional status of the body. In this paper, the latest research progress of intestinal flora in the regulation of PMOP and the related mechanisms of action are summarized. |
