| 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease，COPD）是一种影响公共健康的全球性呼吸系统疾病，已成为世界上第三大常见的死亡原因。骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）是其常见共病之一，对COPD患者的生命健康和生活质量形成严重威胁。鉴于此，深入探讨COPD与OP的共病机制对于制定综合防治策略具有重要临床价值。“肺主治节”作为中医学重要思想，高度概括肺脏的主要生理功能，强调肺脏通过调控气机、血液、情志等功能实现机体稳态平衡。而COPD合并OP患者随着年龄增加及病程迁延，呈现出“肺失治节-肾精耗损-髓枯骨痿”病理演变过程。因此，笔者基于“肺主治节”理论框架，结合现代研究进展，分析COPD合并OP的相关性，以期为共病发病机制阐释及临床防治策略提供新的视角。 |

| Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a global respiratory disease that affects public health and has become the third most common cause of death in the world. Osteoporosis (OP) is one of its common comorbidities, which poses a serious threat to the life, health and quality of life of COPD patients. In view of this, it is of great clinical value to deeply explore the comorbid mechanism of COPD and OP for the formulation of comprehensive prevention and treatment strategies. As an important idea of traditional Chinese medicine, the "lung governing management and regulation" highly summarizes the main physiological functions of the lungs, emphasizing that the lungs achieve homeostasis and balance by regulating the functions of qi, blood, and emotion. However, with the increase of age and the prolongation of the course of the disease, patients with COPD and OP showed a pathological evolution process of "pulmonary dysentery-renal essence depletion-medullary bone dystrophy". Therefore, based on the theoretical framework of "lung governing management and regulation" and combined with modern research progress, this paper analyzes the correlation between COPD and OP, in order to provide a new perspective for the pathogenesis of this comorbid disease and the clinical prevention and treatment strategies. |
