| 肌少症是一种复杂且与衰老相关的综合征,表现为肌肉质量和力量的逐渐减少。激素水平变化对女性的身体健康意义重大,围绝经期使这种复杂疾病与雌激素水平产生高度联系。研究表明,肠道菌群可以通过调节多种生理过程与骨骼肌相互作用,包括炎症免疫、蛋白质合成代谢、氧化应激、线粒体自噬以及内分泌和胰岛素抵抗,肠-肌轴的概念由此被提出。基于雌激素与肌少症的高相关性以及受肠道菌群的调控作用,本文详细阐述了肠道菌群调控骨骼肌健康,重点强调了肠道菌群在雌激素相关性肌少症中作用机制。为调节特殊肠道菌群来治疗肌少症的潜在方法提供了理论基础,探讨联系雌激素和肌少症的肠道菌群存在的可能性,旨在为雌激素相关性肌少症的防治提供新思路和科学依据。 |

| Sarcopenia is a complex and age-related syndrome characterized by a gradual loss of muscle mass and strength. Thechanges in hormone levels are significant for women’s health, and menopause highly associates this complex disease with estrogen levels. Studies have shown that the gut microbiota can interact with skeletal muscle by regulating various physiological processes, including inflammation and immunity, protein synthesis metabolism, oxidative stress, mitochondrial autophagy, and endocrine and insulin resistance, leading to the concept of the gut-muscle axis. Based on the high correlation between estrogen and sarcopenia and the regulatory role of the gut microbiota, this article elaborates on the regulation of skeletal muscle health by the gut microbiota, with an emphasis on the mechanisms by which the gut microbiota plays a role in estrogen-related sarcopenia. It provides a theoretical basis for the potential method of regulating specific gut microbiota to treat sarcopenia, explores the possibility of gut microbiota linking estrogen and sarcopenia, and aims to provide new insights and scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of estrogen-related sarcopenia. |
