| Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, as a multifunctional cell, have been paid much attention to in the medical field. With the deepening of research in the field of small molecules, in recent years, it has been found that a variety of non-coding RNA(ncRNA) can regulate the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs, among which LNRNA and miRNA can participate in various processes of BMSCs differentiation, and LNRNA can also produce competitive regulatory networks with miRNA, which can regulate Runx protein, bone morphogenetic protein, Smad protein and related signal pathways related to osteogenesis to affect BMSCs. In this paper, the research progress of competitive regulatory network formed by LncRNA and miRNA in osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs is reviewed, in order to provide more theoretical basis for the related research of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. |
