| 目的 探讨骨健口服液治疗骨质疏松症慢性疼痛的疗效与作用机制。方法 结合网络药理学方法与动物实验，筛选骨健口服液治疗骨质疏松症慢性疼痛的靶点与有效成分，通过动物实验对疗效与靶点进行验证。结果 骨健口服液治疗骨质疏松症慢性疼痛的预测靶点共219个，进一步分析认为ESR1、STAT3、JUN、TP53可能为核心靶点，其中靶向ESR1的有效成分最多。动物实验验证了骨健口服液能够有效改善骨质疏松症的表型，增加骨形成，延缓骨吸收，免疫组化结果验证了骨健口服液的治疗机制可能与ESR1有关。结论 骨健口服液能够有效缓解骨质疏松症，其机制可能与对ESR1的调控有关。 |

| Objective Exploring the efficacy and mechanism of Gujian Oral Liquid in treating chronic pain caused by osteoporosis. Methods Combining network pharmacological methods and animal experiments, the targets and effective ingredients of Gujian Oral Liquid for the treatment of chronic pain in osteoporosis were screened, and the efficacy and targets were verified through animal experiments. Results There are 219 predicted targets for the treatment of chronic pain in osteoporosis in Gujian Oral Liquid. Further analysis suggests that ESR1, STAT3, JUN, and TP53 may be core targets, among which the most active ingredients targeted ESR1. Animal experiments verified that Gujian Oral Liquid can effectively improve the phenotype of osteoporosis, increase bone formation, and delay bone resorption. The immunohistochemistry results verified that Gujian Oral Liquid's treatment mechanism may be related to ESR1. Conclusion Gujian Oral Liquid can effectively relieve osteoporosis, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of ESR1. |
