| 目的 探讨百笑灸对绝经后骨质疏松症（postmenopausal osteoporosis, PMOP）患者中医证候积分、总有效率、1型胶原交联羧基端肽（β-CTX）、1型原胶原氨基端前肽（P1NP）、骨钙素（BGP）、25羟维生素D（25OHD）、甲状旁腺素（PTH）及骨密度（BMD）的影响。方法 将68例PMOP患者随机分为对照组和试验组，每组34例。对照组予以常规西药治疗（伊班膦酸钠+云克）；试验组在此基础上叠加百笑灸治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、β-CTX、P1NP、BGP、25OHD、PTH及BMD的变化，对比临床疗效。结果 ①两组患者治疗后，中医证候积分均显著下降（P＜0.001），且试验组优于对照组（P＜0.001）。5项中医证候评分，试验组均表现出显著改善（P＜0.05）。试验组总有效率（90.9 %）优于对照组（75.8 %）；②两组患者治疗后，β-CTX、P1NP、BGP均显著下降（P＜0.001），且试验组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；③两组患者治疗后，25OHD均增加（P＜0.001），且试验组高于对照组（P=0.040）；④两组患者治疗后，对照组PTH升高（P＜0.001），试验组PTH下降（P＜0.001），试验组低于对照组（P=0.041）；⑤两组患者治疗后及组间，腰椎及全髋BMD差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 百笑灸对PMOP患者有辅助治疗作用，有助于缓解患者临床症状，抑制骨吸收，降低骨折风险，并提升患者的维生素D水平。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of Happyall moxibustion on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, total effective rate, β isomer of C-terminal telopeptide of type 1 collagen (β-CTX), procollagen type 1 N-terminal propeptide (P1NP), Bone Gla Protein (BGP), 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25OHD), parathyroid hormone (PTH) and bone mineral density (BMD) in postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP)patients. Methods Sixty-eight patients with PMOP were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 34 patients in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment (Sodium Ibandronate Injection+Cloud G). The experimental group received Happyall moxibustion treatment. Changes in TCM syndrome scores, β-CTX, P1NP, BGP, 25OHD, PTH, and BMD were observed before and after treatment in both groups, and clinical efficacy was compared. Results ① After treatment, TCM syndrome scores decreased significantly in both groups (P<0.001), and the experimental group performed better than the control group (P<0.001). The scores of five TCM syndromes, the experimental group showed significant improvement (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group (90.9%) was higher than that in the control group (75.8%); ② After treatment, β-CTX, P1NP, and BGP decreased significantly in both groups (P<0.001), and the experimental group performed better than the control group (P<0.05); ③ After treatment, 25OHD increased in both groups (P<0.001), and the level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P=0.040); ④ After treatment, PTH decreased in the experimental group (P<0.001) , increased in the control group (P<0.001), and was lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P=0.041); ⑤ There were no statistically significant differences in lumbar spine and total hip BMD between the two groups after treatment and between groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Happyall moxibustion has an adjuvant therapeutic effect on patients with PMOP. It helps to alleviate clinical symptoms, inhibit bone resorption, reduce the risk of fractures, and improve patients' vitamin D status. |
