| 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是骨代谢研究领域的热点,其病理机制与雌激素紊乱、脂质过氧化及铁代谢失衡等密切相关。研究发现能量代谢也是影响骨稳态的重要因素,腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinase,AMPK)通过能量代谢和相关通路调控成骨分化、破骨活化及骨细胞功能。本文以AMPK相关通路在骨质疏松症中的研究进展做一综述,以期为OP的防治提供理论依据。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a hot topic in the field of bone metabolism. Its pathological mechanism is closely related to estrogen disorder, lipid peroxidation and iron metabolism imbalance. Studies have found that energy metabolism is also an important factor affecting bone homeostasis. AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) regulates osteogenic differentiation, osteoclast activation and osteocyte function through energy metabolism and related pathways. This article reviews the research progress of AMPK-related pathways in osteoporosis, in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. |
