| 骨质疏松症（osteoporosis, OP）是一种与年龄相关的系统性骨代谢疾病。其特征是骨密度显著降低和骨微结构退化，进而导致骨骼脆性增加和骨折的发生，往往伴随着严重的功能障碍和高死亡率。运动是目前预防和治疗骨质疏松常用且有效的方法之一。近年来，随着“微生物-肠-骨轴”概念的提出，越来越多的研究表明肠道菌群是骨质疏松的潜在治疗靶点。而运动可以通过调节肠道菌群代谢物、免疫反应和肠粘膜屏障进一步影响骨质疏松。然而，不同个体间的菌群干预存在差异。本文旨在回顾肠道菌群、运动和骨质疏松症之间的关系，探讨其潜在的作用机制，并说明当前研究存在的挑战，以期为未来的研究方向奠定基础。 |

| Osteoporosis is an age-related systemic disease of bone metabolism. It is characterised by a significant decrease in bone mineral density and degradation of bone microarchitecture, which in turn leads to an increase in bone fragility and the occurrence of fractures, often accompanied by severe functional impairment and high mortality. Exercise is currently one of the most common and impactful methods for osteoporosis prevention and management. In recent years, with the concept of ‘microbial-gut-bone axis’, more and more studies have shown that the gut microbiota is a potential therapeutic target for osteoporosis. Exercise can further affect osteoporosis by modulating gut flora metabolites, immune responses and the intestinal mucosal barrier. However, there are differences in flora interventions between individuals. This paper investigates the interplay among gut microbiota, exercise, and osteoporosis development, with a focus on elucidating their mechanistic connections and the challenges of current research with a view to laying the foundation for future research directions. |
