      骨质疏松症是一种早期多无症状,后期临床表现为疼痛、脊柱变形和脆性骨折发生的全身性骨骼疾病。中药在治疗骨质疏松症中具有多途径、多靶点的特点,中药补骨脂的主要活性成分补骨脂素在骨质疏松症治疗方面具有一定潜力。补骨脂素可通过促进成骨细胞分化、保护成骨细胞、抑制破骨细胞分化、调节雌激素水平,激活自噬等多方面发挥抗骨质疏松作用,本文同时对其肝毒性作用与药物研究设计进行总结,为进一步研究补骨脂素治疗骨质疏松症提供理论依据。

      Osteoporosis is a systemic bone disease that often has no symptom in the early stage but presents with pain, spinal deformity, and fragility fractures in the later stage. With the increase of the elderly population, the prevalence of osteoporosis has been rising year by year. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has the characteristics of multiple pathways and multiple targets in the treatment of osteoporosis. Among them, psoralen, the active component of TCM psoralea corylifolia, has certain potential in the treatment of osteoporosis. Psoralen exerts anti-osteoporotic effects by promoting osteoblast differentiation, protecting osteoblasts, inhibiting osteoclast differentiation, regulating estrogen levels, and activating autophagy. This paper summarizes the current toxicity and drug design research of psoralen, providing a theoretical basis for further research on the treatment of osteoporosis with psoralen.
