| 骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）是一种以骨质微观结构改变、骨质密度减低为主要特征的骨代谢性疾病，该疾病通常伴随着骨的脆性增加，大大增加了骨折的风险，对人类的健康生活产生极大的负面影响。线粒体是存在于真核细胞内负责产生活性氧（reative oxygen species，ROS）和三磷酸腺苷（adenosine triphosphate，ATP）的重要细胞器，为骨质细胞代谢提供能量。近期有研究表明，ROS对维持线粒体的功能和形态具有重要意义，但是，当ROS超过正常含量时会负向改变线粒体形态，并减弱线粒体功能，使得线粒体发生氧化应激（oxidative stress，OS）。骨质细胞线粒体OS与OP的发生、发展密切相关，在此背景下，众学者对中医药靶向线粒体OS防治OP的研究愈发热切。本文通过综述线粒体OS在OP中的作用机制及中医药靶向线粒体OS防治OP的认识与经验积累，为后续相关研究的深入和临床应用提供新依据、新思路。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a bone metabolic disease characterized by altered bone microstructure and decreased bone mineral density, which is usually accompanied by increased bone fragility, greatly increasing the risk of fracture, and having a great negative impact on the healthy life of human beings. Mitochondria are important organelles in eukaryotic cells responsible for the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which provide energy for bone cell metabolism. Recent studies have shown that ROS are important for maintaining mitochondrial function and morphology. However, when ROS exceed normal levels, they negatively alter mitochondrial morphology and diminish mitochondrial function, resulting in oxidative stress (OS) in mitochondria. Mitochondrial OS in osteoblasts is closely related to the occurrence and development of OP. Under this background, scholars have become more and more enthusiastic about the research of Chinese medicine targeting mitochondrial OS to prevent and to treat OP. In this paper, we summarize the mechanism of mitochondrial OS in OP and the accumulated knowledge and experience with traditional Chinese medicine in targeting mitochondrial OS to prevent and to treat OP, so as to provide new bases and new ideas for the in-depth research and clinical application of the relevant studies. |
