      干细胞在各类骨疾病治疗中发挥了重要作用,间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)由于其强大的再生和免疫调节特性,通常用作该疗法的主要细胞来源。既往多项研究表明凋亡细胞外囊泡(apoptotic extracellular vesicles,ApoEVs)作为MSCs治疗机制中的主要介质,可通过特定信号分子与靶细胞结合或激活信号轴,提高治疗的靶向性。再者,MSCs-ApoEVs调控生长因子和细胞因子在多种细胞中的表达,形成协同作用,加速骨组织修复和再生。此外,ApoEVs还可借助特定信号通路减轻炎症反应,创造有利的免疫环境,促进骨愈合。该文综述了MSCs来源的ApoEVs在各类骨疾病中的应用优势、方法、以及存在的不足,旨在为骨疾病疗法提供参考,以解决治疗中的难点问题,提升疗效。
英文摘要:
      Stem cells play an important role in the treatment of various bone diseases. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are often used as the primary cell source for this therapy due to their powerful regenerative properties and immunoregulation. Previous studies have shown that apoptotic extracellular vesicles (ApoEVs), as key mediators in MSC-based therapeutic mechanisms, enhance therapeutic targeting by binding to or activating specific signaling axes in recipient cells. Furthermore, MSC-derived ApoEVs regulate the expression of growth factors and cytokines in various cells and form synergistic effects that accelerate bone tissue repair and regeneration. Additionally, ApoEVs alleviate inflammation through specific signaling pathways, creating a favorable immune environment that promotes bone healing. This article reviews the advantages, methods, and shortcomings of the application of ApoEVs derived from MSCs in various bone diseases, aiming to provide reference for the treatment of bone diseases, to solve the difficult problems in the treatment, and to improve the curative effect.
