| 骨关节炎（osteoarthritis，OA）是一种普遍存在的关节退行性病变，通常会导致慢性疼痛，久则致残。作为一种难治性疾病，其发病机制复杂且与多种因素相关。研究表明，模式识别受体Toll样受体4（toll-like receptor 4，TLR4）是一种在炎症起始过程中起关键作用的受体，并且在OA进程中发挥了重要作用。在关节中，存在着TLR4的各种配体，二者一旦结合便可激活TLR4信号通路，诱导促炎介质和分解代谢介质的产生，从而导致关节损伤。中医药靶向TLR4治疗OA已展现出显著的优势。本文基于近年来的相关文献，对中医药靶向TLR4治疗OA的研究进展进行综述，探讨了OA的发病机制以及TLR4信号通路如何参与OA的发病过程，总结了通过靶向OA中TLR4的中药活性成分、中药复方及中成药，以期为OA的临床治疗和用药提供新的思路。 |

| Osteoarthritis (OA) is a pervasive joint degeneration that often causes chronic pain and disability. As a refractory disease, the pathogenesis is complex and related to multiple factors. Studies have shown that the pattern recognition receptor Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) is a receptor that plays a key role in the initiation of inflammation and plays an important role in the process of OA. In joints, there are various ligands of TLR4, which, once combined, may activate the TLR4 signaling pathway and induce the production of pro-inflammatory and catabolic mediators, resulting in joint damage. TCM targeting TLR4 in the treatment of OA has shown significant advantages. Based on the relevant literature in recent years, this article reviews the research progress of TCM targeting TLR4 in the treatment of OA, discusses the pathogenesis of OA and how the TLR4 signaling pathway is involved in the pathogenesis of OA, and summarizes the active ingredients of TCM, TCM compounds, and Chinese patent medicines targeting TLR4 in OA, in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment and medication of OA. |
