| 目的观察服用三髓粉1 ~5年对老年人骨密度、临床症状及骨折的中长期影响。方法通过回顾性调查收集老年人 服用三髓粉1 ~5年前后的骨密度、临床症状和脆性骨折的变化情况进行统计分析。结果服用三髓粉1 ~5年(平均2. 8年） 后，临床症状和骨密度均能持续或显著改善，股骨颈平均骨密度增加1. 52%，有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。骨折率由3. 7%降至0.9.，下降75.0%。结论长期（1（1 ~5年）服用金诺三髓粉对改善骨密度和临床症状仍然持续有效，并可大幅降低骨折率， 证明三髓粉是保护骨与关节健康安全有效的辅助食品。 |

| Objective To observe the middle-and long-term effect of oral Sansui powder treatment for 1 ?5 years on bone mineral density (BMD)，clinical symptoms，and bone fractures in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of senile patients，who took Sansui powder for 1 ?5 years， including BMD， clinical symptoms， and fragility fractures were retrospectively collected and analyzed before and after the medication. Results After taking Sansui powder for 1 ?5 years (with an average of 2. 8 years)， BMD and related symptoms had stabilized or significantly improved. The average BMD of the femoral neck increased by 1. 52%， and the difference was significant (P < 0. 05). Moreover，the incidence of bone fracture decreased by 75%，from 3.7% to 0. 9%. Conclusion Long term (1 ?5 years) medication of Jinnuo Sansui powder has continuous effect on improving BMD and clinical symptoms. It can also significantly reduce the incidence of bone fracture， proving that Sansui powder is a safe and effective supplement food for maintaining the health of bone and joint. |
