Since the concept of musculoskeletal system was established, a large number of studies have shown that, in addition to mechanical transduction, bone and muscle as endocrine organs can interact on the molecular level, which provides a new idea for the solution of“sarco-osteopenia”.Bone-derived factors are active factors and polypeptides secreted by intra-bone cells.
