      目的:本研究探讨绝经后2型糖尿病患者骨密度与尿蛋白/肌酐的比值的相关性。方法:本研究评估了2016年1月至2018年间访问我院的120名2型糖尿病绝经后妇女的情况。收集患者的一般临床和生化指标并分析相关数据之间的相关性。结果:本研究共纳入120绝经后2型糖尿病患者中正常骨密度,骨质疏松和骨质减少的患病率分别为34.2%(41例)和33.3%(40例)。多元回归分析研究发现年龄,BMI,CCr和腰椎BMD之间显著相关(P<0.05);而股骨BMD仅与年龄具有密切相关(P<0.05)。进一步研究发现与非蛋白尿患者相比,微量蛋白尿和大量蛋白尿(尿蛋白-肌酐比[UACR]≥30)的患者骨质疏松症发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:本研究表明,较高的UACR水平可能和绝经后2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松症风险增加关。

      Objective: To explore the correlation between bone mineral density and urine protein and creatinine ratio in postmenopausal type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: We assessed 120 postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes who visited our hospital from January 2016 to July 2018. The general clinical and biochemical indexes of the patients were collected and the correlation between the relevant data was analyzed. Results: This study included 120 postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes. The prevalence of normal bone mineral density, osteoporosis and osteopenia was 34.2% (41 cases) and 33.3% (40 cases), respectively. Multiple regression analysis found that age, BMI, CCr and lumbar BMD were significantly correlated (P<0.05); femur BMD was only closely related to age (P<0.05). The patients with microalbuminuria and macroalbuminuria (urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio [UACR] ≥ 30) had a significantly higher incidence of osteoporosis compared to subjects with normoalbuminuria (P<0.05). Conclusions: This study suggests that higher levels of UACR may be associated with an increased risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal type 2 diabetic patients.
