| 随着我国老年人绝对数量的增长以及老龄化加速,OP已然成为我国需要面对的公共健康问题。近年来对续断防治OP的基础及临床研究成为热点,研究发现川续断皂苷Ⅵ具有较好的防治OP的功效,可以通过多个细胞层面及生物学通路干预骨代谢,从而发挥治疗OP的作用。本文从续断皂苷Ⅵ对BMSCs、成骨细胞、破骨细胞及相关生物学信号通路的影响来综述续断皂苷Ⅵ防治骨质疏松的研究概况,以期为续断皂苷Ⅵ的基础研究、临床应用及新药开发等提供参考。 |

| With the increase of the absolute number of elderly people and the acceleration of aging in China, OP has become a public health problem that our country needs to face. In recent years, basic and clinical research on the prevention and treatment of OP by Dipsacus Aspergillus has become a hotspot. Studies have found that Dipsacus Aspergillus saponin VI has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of OP. It can interfere with bone metabolism through multiple cellular levels and biological pathways, thus playing a role in the treatment of OP. In this paper, the effects of Dipsacosaponin VI on BMSCs, osteoblasts, osteoclasts and related biological signaling pathways were reviewed, in order to provide references for basic research, clinical application and new drug development of Dipsacosaponin VI. |
