      骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)可由过度饮酒、糖皮质激素滥用及雌激素缺乏等引起。随着全球老龄化进程的加剧,该病现已被视为主要的公共卫生问题之一。研究发现成骨细胞介导的骨生成与破骨细胞介导的骨破坏之间失衡是OP发生发展的关键机制。细胞凋亡作为经典的程序性死亡方式,极大地影响着OP的进展。有关代谢性骨病的最新研究表明,成人骨量的维持不仅受成骨细胞和破骨细胞功能的控制,还受细胞凋亡的调节。近年来,长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)在疾病中的研究逐渐深入,可通过调控细胞增殖、凋亡和迁移等多种病理生理过程中发挥关键作用。研究表明,lncRNAs可通过调节骨髓基质细胞、成骨细胞和破骨细胞的凋亡过程来参与骨重建的动态平衡,可为OP的临床治疗提供新思路。但目前尚未有该领域的系统性的研究,本文通过检索中英文相关文献,系统综述了凋亡、lncRNAs在OP中的研究概况,列举了lncRNAs通过调控细胞凋亡以恢复骨稳态而治疗OP,旨在为临床防治OP提供新靶点。

      Osteoporosis (OP) can be caused by excessive alcohol consumption, glucocorticoid abuse and estrogen deficiency.With the acceleration of the global ageing process, the disease is now recognized as one of the major public health problems.It has been found that the imbalance between osteoblast-mediated osteogenesis and osteoclast-mediated bone destruction is a key mechanism for the occurrence and development of OP.As a classical programmed death mode, apoptosis greatly affects the progression of OP.Recent studies on metabolic bone diseases have shown that the maintenance of adult bone mass is not only controlled by the function of osteoblasts and osteoclasts, but also regulated by apoptosis.In recent years, long non-coding Rnas (lncRNAs) have been intensively studied in diseases, which can play a key role in regulating various pathophysiological processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis and migration.Studies have shown that lncRNAs can participate in the homeostasis of bone remodeling by regulating the apoptosis of bone marrow stromal cells, osteoblasts and osteoclasts, which can provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of OP.However, there has been no systematic study in this field. This paper systematically reviewed the research overview of apoptosis and lncRNAs in OP by searching relevant Chinese and English literature, and listed the treatment of OP by lncRNAs through regulating apoptosis to restore bone homeostasis, aiming to provide a new target for clinical prevention and treatment of OP.
