中文摘要:

采用单光子和双能X线骨密度仪对中国健康人群的桡、尺骨和腰椎、股骨近端骨密度进行了测量，找出了骨胳生长、发育及衰老的基本规律，从而也确定了中国人群桡、尺骨、腰椎及股骨近端骨密度的正常值范围，同时证明了中医“肾主骨” 理论的正确。在调查结果的基础上，提出了原发性骨质疏松症生理年龄预诊法，并对全国人群进行原发性骨质疏松发生率的预诊，估计全国约有六千三百万人患有不同程度的骨质疏松症。所以全社会应充分重视对原发性骨质疏松症的研究和防治。

英文摘要:

Using SPA and DEXA，the bone densities of tadius, ulna, lumbar spine and proximal femur in the part healthy group of Chinese were measured，and the basic regularity of bone growth and agins was found out. Thus it not only determined the normal value ranges of BMD at these positions in Chinese group, but supported the theory of ”kidney controlling bone”in the held of raditional Chinese Medicine as well. The method for prediagnosis of primary osteoporosis depended on physiological ages was put forward. According to this method，over 63 million population with primary osteoporosis in our country was reported. So we hope that the whose society must pay agreat attention to the research，prevention and therapy of this disease．
