| 通过对钙剂理化特性的测试，阐明了化学活性，并提出用“有效钙”作为化学活性的标志。同时测定了供试品中的微量元素和其它营养成分。通过钙在大鼠肠内吸收特性的研究，证明了化学活性和生物活性的一致性，两者对钙剂价结果完全一致。按其质量优劣均以下列次序排列：可溶性牡蛎钙>乳酸钙>生牡蛎钙>煅解牡蛎钙≈蛋壳钙。 通过对血钙、血镁的监测表明，在灌肠前、后其浓度均保持在正常范围内，说明生物体对血浆中钙、镁浓度的自身调控作用。 |

| This paper describes the chemical activity of calcium pharmaceuticals according to experimental determinations of their physical and chemical properties，and proposes “Effective Calcium” as the sign of the chemical activity of these calcium pharmaceuticals. Meanwhile，the trace element and other nutritious compositions of tested calcium samples have also been examined．The study of absorption characteristics of calcium by the intestines of rats shows that it reaches the same evaluation result, whether using the chemical activity or the biological activity as the criterion. According to the activities, the quality of these calcium products could be put in the following order：oystershell calcium-soluble>calcium lactate>oystershelI calcium-crude>oystershell calcium-calcine≈ eggshell calcium. The blood measurement shows that concentrations of calcium and magnesium maintain whithin the normal range before and after the enema expermented in rats. This indicates the self-regulation and control of organisms to the content of calcium and magnesium in blood. |
