| 采用国产单光子骨矿物分析仪测定了德州地区 1400名正常孕妇桡、尺骨骨矿物含量(BMC)，并对其BMC与年龄、孕龄等因素的关系进行了分析研究。研究结果表明；(1)年龄与骨矿物含量的变化规律与非孕期一致。(2)孕龄与骨矿物含量的关系密切，自孕中期始骨矿含量的各项数值随孕龄的增加而下降，自孕33周始各项指标下降更加明显，有明显差异(P<0.05)。(3)腰腿痛症状的出现与骨矿含量有轻微变化，无统计学意义。 |

| In this paper，the BMC in radium and ulna of 1400 normal pregnant women in Dezhou
Area were detected by home signal septical photon detecting machine and the relation between BMC and age，pregnant age were discussed also．The result showed that(1)the relation between age and BMC of pregnant women was equal to that of non-pregnant women，(2)each value of BMC reduced as the increasing of pregnant weeks from the mid-term pregnancy and did evidently after 33weks，the difference is obvious(p< 0.05)，(3)the appearance of pain in waists and legs was related to BMC but it was meanningless statistatics (P> 0.05). |
