| 用国产单光子BMD-4型骨密度仪检测2225人，其中儿童526人、中老年 1699人。检测结果显示，儿童的骨量与年龄成正相关，中老年的骨量与年龄成负相关。儿童期7岁左右出现骨量高峰期，中老年女性49~50岁左右骨量出现急剧下降期，持续近10年，男性的骨量丢失是逐渐的、缓慢的，但近70岁时也有一较快的骨丢失过程。抓住这些特有改变，对搞好儿童的营养保健、中老年骨质疏松的防治均有着重要意义。 |

| 2225 persons accepted the bone volume determination made by the nationmade Single
Photon BMD-4 Bone Density Determiner, among which children are 526 and the aged are l699．The resuit shows that bone volume of children is indirect proportion to age but that of old people is in inverse proportion to age ,which are regarded as changes general character．The specific changes are: The peak of bone increase appears at the age of 7 for children, the bone volume sharply decreases during the age of 49 to 50 for old women and then keep the level for about 10 years, the bone loss of male is progressive and slow，but there is also quick bone loss period around the age of 70．High attention to these special changes is very important for the health of children and the prevention of old people’s osteoporosis． |
