      基因敲除技术是21世纪发展最为迅速的生物高新技术之一。基因敲除是利用同源重组原理使特定的靶基因失活进而实现在其功能缺失的情况下分析靶基因功能的方法。骨质疏松是个复杂的多因素疾病,由遗传和环境因素相互作用,目前已成为世界的健康问题,骨质疏松相关基因的研究是目前研究的热点。本文就基因敲除原理及该技术在骨质疏松中的应用和进展进行综述。

      Abstract:Gene knockout technology is one of the fastest growing bioteehnologies in the 21 st century. The gene knockout disrupts the specific gene to make the null allele by homologous recombination.Thus,it basically makes possible to analyze the effect of the gene at the all-or-nothing situation. Osteoporosis as a complex multifactofial disease is determined by genetic and environmental factors as well as their interactions.Osteoporosis has become one of the major health problems around the world and is a research hot topic at present.This paper reviews the principle of gene knockout technology and its application in the field of osteoporosis.
