| 目的探讨心理护理干预妇科肿瘤伴绝经骨质疏松患者生活质量及情绪状况的影响。方法 妇科肿瘤伴绝经的骨质疏松患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，两组在治疗前后分别测定 血清骨钙素（BGP)、骨密度（BMD)和（碱性磷酸酶）AKP的值，对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施心理 护理干预，比较两组患者情绪状况及生活质量。两组采用放射免疫分析法测定BGP、BMD、AKP，并采 用生活质量评定表对两组进行对比。结果妇科肿瘤伴绝经患者与对照组比较BGP、BMD均明显降 低P <0. 01 ；孕<0. 001。AKP增高，孕孕<0. 05 ；Ca、P无显著差异P > 0. 05。对照组给予常规护理，干预 组除常规护理外施行心理护理干预，在使用刺激性暴露疗法的同时，采用生活质量评定表对两组同时 采集患者的一般资料，干预前后进行癌症患者生活质量核心问卷（QLQ-C30 )问卷调查。干预后两组 评分比较多项指标得分较低，均P <0.05。结论在对妇科肿瘤患者放、化疗的同时补充钙剂、维生 素D及参加日照，必要的心理护理干预更有利于病情的缓解。提示医生对病人定期检测BGP、BMD、 AKP及心理护理干预能有效监测和缓解妇科肿瘤患者恶劣的心理环境提高生活质量。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention ( PNI) on the life qualiLy and emotionai state of postmenopausai osLeoporosis patients with gynecological Lumors. Methods Sixty patients with gynecological tumors and postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into the trial group and the control group. Serum osLeocalcin ( BGP )， bon^ mineral densiLy ( BMD )， and alkaline phosphatase (AKP ) of patients in two groups were measured before and after the treatment. Patients in the control group were treaLed with routine care， and patients in the trial group were treated with PNI. The emotional status and life qualiLy of patients in the two groups were compared. BGP，BMD，and AKP were measured using radioimmunoassay method. The life qualiLy of patienLs was measured using the qualiLy of life core questionnaire ( QLQ-C30 ). Results BGP and BMD of patients with gynecological tumors and postmenopausal osteoporosis decreased significantly ( P < 0. 01 and P <0. 001 ). AKP of patients with gynecological tumors and postmenopausal osteoporosis increased ( P < 0. 05 ). Serum Ca and P had no significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ). Patients in the control group were treated with routine care，and patients in the trial group were treaLed PNI as well as routine care. The general infomiation of patients in Lhe two groups was collecLed using the life quality assessmenL while the use of sLmiulaLed exposure treatment. QLQ- C30 measurement was performed before and after the Lreatment. After the intervention， the scores of many indicators of patients in the trial group were lower than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The supplement of calcium carbonaLe and viLamin D，sunshine exposure，and necessary PNI can relief the disease along with the treatment of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Regular measurement of BGP，BMD，and AKP and the intervention of PNI fpr patients with gynecological tumors can monitor and relieve the bad psychological environment of cancer patients and improve their life quality |
