| 目的探讨放射吸收法在骨质疏松症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法本组受检人数5055名， 均剔除骨代谢相关疾病及服用激素类药物史者，其中：男性2254人，女性2801人。应用美国 CompuMed公司0sLeoGrnm2000骨密度仪测定所有对象非优势手的第2、3、4指中节指骨（MP2、MP3、 MP4 )的BMD和T值，按10岁一个年龄组进行统计分析、评价。结果 根据骨质疏松症诊断标准： 本组5055人当中，诊断骨质疏松症（T值低于-2.5 )者1540例，其中，男性403人，占17.88%( 403/ 2254 )。女性1137人，占40. 59% ( 1137/2801 );提示骨量减少（T值介于-1耀-2.5之间）者1637 例，其中，男性886例，占39. 31%, ( 886/2254 )，女性751人，占26. 81%, ( 751/2801 )。本组病例显示， 女性发病率高于男性，骨质疏松程度较重，且发病年龄也较男性为早。结论 放射吸收法（砸粤)检 测指骨骨密度，其结果可靠，与患者相关临床症状及相关检查结果相符合，在临床上具有积极的应用 意义和实用价值，为骨质疏松的诊断和防治提供科学依据。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical application value of radiographic ahsorptiometry ( RA ) in the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Methods A total of 5055 cases were included in this study including 2254 males and 2801 feiales. The subjecLs with i)one metaholism disease and hormone using were excluded. BMD and T score of middle phalanges of the index，middle and ring fingers ( MP2， MP3， and MP4 ) in the non- dominanL were measured using OsteoGram 2000 RA ( CompuMed， USA ). The data were statistically analyzed among 10-year age groups. Results According to the diagnosis standard of osteoporosis， 1540 cases were diagnosed wiLh osLeoporosis ( T-score helxm' < -2. 5 )，including 403 males with the proportion of 17.88%' ( 403/2254 ) and 1137 females with Lhe proporLion of 40.59%' ( 1137/2801 ). OsLeopenia was diagnosed in 1637 cases ( T-score range -1.0 -2.5 )， including 886 males wiLh the proportion of 39. 31%' ( 886/2254 ) and 751 females with the proportion of 26. 81%' ( 751/2801 ). The incidence and the severiLy of osteoporosis were higher and severer in femal_es than in males. The age at the occurrence of osteoporosis was also earlier in females Lhan in males. Conclusion The phalange BMD measured i)y RA is reliable and coincidenL wiLh Lhe clinical sympLom and oLher resulLs of Lhese paLienLs. The applicaLive significance and clinical value of RA are positive to provide the scientific basis for the prevenLion and treatment of osteoporosis |
