      目的 研究淫羊藿对骨质疏松型骨折局部骨形成蛋白-2( Bone morphogenetic protein-2 , BMP-2 ) 表达的影响。方法 取4月龄雌性大鼠78只,随机分成实验组(切除双侧卵巢)57只,对照组(切除卵巢周围少许脂肪组织)21只,术后10周,电镜观察证实实验组骨质疏松动物模型已制备成功后,取实验组54只及对照组18只大鼠,制作右侧股骨远端骨折,共分为4组,即:(1 )磷酸钙骨水泥 (Calcium Phosphate Cement,CPC)治疗组(简称A组);(2 ) CPC-淫羊蕾复合物治疗组(以下简称C 组);(3 )CPC+口服淫羊藿组(简称B组);(4 )非骨质疏松组(简称D组)分别于术后第4、8、12周行实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测骨折局部BMP-2 mRNA的表达。结果 实验组各时间点BMP-2的mRNA 表达水平均低于非骨质疏松组,但淫羊藿治疗组第4、8周的表达量高于CPC组,其中尤以CPC-Y组增高明显。结论 局部应用淫羊藿能更为有效诱导骨质疏松型骨折局部内源性BMP-2mRNA的表达。

      Objective To investigate the effect of epimedium on the local mRNA expression of bone morphogenetic protein-2 ( BMP2 ) in osteoporotic fractures. Methods Seventy-eight 4-month-old female rats were randomly divided into the experimental group ( performed bilateral ovariectomy,n = 57 ) and the control group ( cut off fat tissue around the ovaries,n =21 ). After osteoporotic model was verified using electron microscope in 10 weeks after the surgery,54 cases in experimental group and 18 cases in the control group were chosen to induce the fracture of the right femur. These rats were divided into 4 groups:calcium phosphate cement ( CPC ) as group A; CPC and epimedium as group C; CPC and oral epimedium as group B; and non-osteoporosis as group D. The local expression of BMP2 was measured using real-tmie PCR in 4,8,and 12 weeks after the surgery. Results The mRNA expression of BMP-2 of rats in expermiental group was lower than that in control groups. The expressions in 4 and 8 weeks after the surgery of rats in the icariin treatment group were higher than those in CPC group,more significant in CPC-Y group. Conclusion Local application of epimedium can induce the mRNA expression of endogenous BMP2 in the OVX rats.
