| 目的 本研究通过对长海医院风湿科住院患者及家属进行问卷调查，了解上海市骨质疏松的认知度及高危人群防治现状，为上海市民进行骨质疏松症的教育、预防及治疗提供依据。方法 采用自愿参与，发放自制调查问卷的方式，对2011年12月在长海医院风湿科住院患者及家属进行调查。 结果被调查者平均得分为（44.2±5.9 )分，认知度与年龄无关，而与性别及文化程度成正相关，报纸电视等媒体为认知的主要来源。行骨保健咨询及骨密度筛查者、坚持补充钙剂预防骨质疏松及规范治疗者比例低。结论上海市骨质疏松认知度不高，关注度不足，高危人群的防治工作力度不够。应加大宣传骨质疏松防治的力度与深度，针对不同个体的特点，根据其相关知识和实际生活情况开展不同层次的健康指导。 |

| Objective To investigate the awareness of osteoporosis and the prevention and treatment of' osteoporosis in high-risk population in Shanghai and to provide evidences for the education，intervention，and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods The awareness of osteoporosis and status of the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in high-risk population are evaluated using questionnaires among the inpatients of' our department and their relatives. Results The mean score of the overall level of knowledge in osteoporosis was 44. 2 ±5. 9. The acknowledgement level was significantly associated with gender and education degree. And it was not associated with the age. Media was the main source of the health information about osteoporosis, including television and newspaper. The rates of osteoporotic consultation，BMD screening, calcium supplement, and standard treatment for osteoporosis were low. Conclusion The awareness of' osteoporosis is generally low in Shanghai with the lack of sufficient intervention for high-risk population. Therefore, public health education by professionals and screening and treatment for patients with high-risk factors of osteoporosis should be enforced according to the different characteristics of people |
