| 近年来，慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者低骨密度和脆性骨折的发病率逐年增加。目前广泛认为慢性阻塞性肺疾病可以增加骨折的风险，并且大量临床研究发现慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者易发生骨质疏松。最近的文献已经证明了慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者体内维生素D的水平与骨密度之间有相关性。许多研究也报道了慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者维生素D水平低下或不足的高发生率。维生素D水平低下或不足能导致低骨密度，增加脆性骨折的发生。但目前证据表明除此之外还有其他相关影响因素，例如脂肪组织的瘦素和骨保护素。 |

| In recent years,the prevalence of low bone mineral density ( BMD ) and fragility fracture among chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) patients increased gradually. COPD is known to increase the risk of bone fracture. Numerous clinical studies have found that COPD patients are accompanied with osteoporosis. It has been demonstrated in recent publications that there is correlation between vitamin D level and BMD in COPD patients. Many studies have reported the high prevalence of low or nonsufficient level of vitamin D among COPD patients. Low or nonsufficient level of vitamin D can result in low BMD and increase bone fragility fracture. Recent evidences show that other factors are also involved,such as leptin and osteoprotegerin. |
