      随着人口老龄化,骨质疏松已成为一个重要的公共卫生问题。但是该病发病的分子机制仍不清楚,其中雌激素缺乏被认为是最主要的病因之一,而近期发现褪黑素亦在其中起到重要作用,本文就雌激素与褪黑素抗骨质疏松作用的分子机制的新进展做一综述,并提出今后可能的研究方向和亟待解决的关键问题。
英文摘要:
      Along with aging of the society,osteoporosis has become an miportant public health problem. The molecular mechanism of this disease remains unclear. Estrogen deficiency is considered as the most significant risk factor for osteoporosis. Recently,melatonin is found to have important role in osteoporosis. This paper reviews the new advances in molecular mechanism of anti-osteoporosis effect of estrogen and melatonin,and points out the possible directions and key problems for further investigation.
