| 目的探讨围产期妇女补充钙剂对骨密度和骨代谢指标的影响。方法随机选取106名围产 期妇女,根据补充钙剂不同分为补钙组和未补钙组，分别测量并比较骨密度和骨代谢指标血清韩、碟、 碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、尿钙/肌酐的变化。结果两组患者在骨密度和骨代谢指标上均存在显著性差 异（P<0.05),补钙组骨密度和骨代谢指标均优于未补钙组。结论围产期予以钙剂有益于围产期 妇女健康。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of calcium supplementation on bone mineral density and bone metabolism in perinatal women. Methods A total of 106 perinatal women were randomly selected. They were divided into 2 groups ： the intervention group and the control group. Women in intervention group were given calcium during the entire period, while those in control group only received routine care. Bone mineral density and bone metabolism index including serum calcium, phosphate, ALP, BGP, and the changes of urine calcium/creatinine were tested in both groups. Results The differences of bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes between the two groups were significant. The two indicators in the intervention group were significantly superior to those in the control group (尸 < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Calcium supplementation is beneficial to the health of perinatal women. |
