| 正常骨代谢骨形成与骨吸收保持动态平衡，妇女在绝经前因孕产、哺乳等原因消耗大量骨钙，绝经后卵巢功能衰退、雌激素水平急剧下降，骨代谢相关细胞因子的表达受到影响，致使破骨细胞数量增加，活性增强，引起骨量丢失，骨质疏松一旦发生，疼痛、骨折便伴随出现，导致生存质量下降，严重者可致残致死，所以其预防比治疗更具意义。本文针对女性骨代谢特点，基于“治未病”思想，从未病先防、既病防变着眼重点阐述PMOP及其并发症的中西医综合防治策略。 |

| Bone formation and bone resorption maintains dynamic equilibrium in normal bone metabolism . In the premenopausal period，women consume a large amount of bone calcium because of pregnancy and childbirth ，breast-feeding，or other reasons. In the postmenopausal period，the function of ovary declines，and the level of estrogen decreases sharply，which affects the expression of bone metabolism related cytokines，resulting in the increase of the number of osteoclasts and its activity，leading to bone loss. Once osteoporosis occurs，pain and fractures always accompany，resulting in reduced quality of life. Severe patients may become cripple or even dead due of this disease. So，the prevention is much more meaningful than the treatment. This paper，aiming at the characteristics of bone metabolism in the females，based on the idea of “ treatment before being sick ”，focuses on the comprehensive prevention and treatment strategies of PMOP from two aspects ：prevention before the disease and preventing the disease from exacerbating. |
