| 目的 观察金天格胶囊在治疗骨质疏松中的疗效。方法 选择100例骨质疏松患者按照数字列表法随机分为观察组与对照组各50例，对照组给予口服碳酸钙D3治疗，观察组在服用碳酸钙D3的基础上再给予金天格胶囊治疗，比较两组患者治疗6个月后骨密度改善情况及有效率。结果 ①两组患者治疗后第二腰椎、股骨大转子骨密度均有所改善，观察组骨密度改善优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组有效率为76%，明显髙于对照组的44%,比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论 金天格胶囊在治疗骨质疏松方面具有显著疗效,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe the efficacy of Jintiange capsule in the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods One hundred patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to a number list. Fifty patients in the control group received oral calcium D3 treatment, and 50 patients in observation group received Jintiange capsule on the basis of calcium D3 treatment. The improvement of bone mineral density (BMD) and the efficacy were compared between the two groups after 6 months. Results 1) BMD of the second lumbar spine and the femoral trochanter were improved after treatment in both groups, and the improvement in observation group was better than that in the control group，with statistical significance (P < 0.05). 2) The efficacy in observation group was 76% , which was significantly higher than that in control group (44% ), with statistical significance (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jintiange capsule has significant effect on the treatment of osteoporosis, and it is worth of clinical application. |
