      在哺乳动物体内,骨形成与骨吸收共同维持骨稳态,其中骨形成减少和骨吸收增多可导致骨质疏松症的发生。目前临床中用于治疗骨质疏松症的药物多从抑制骨吸收、促进骨形成入手,但仍存在局限性。骨组织是一种富含血管的结缔组织,随着血管生物学的深入研究,目前对骨内血管结构、功能有了更多认识。研究表明血管形成与骨形成偶联调控、骨内血管特殊类型、内皮细胞Notch信号通路对维持骨稳态、促骨形成有重要意义,对骨内血管研究可为骨质疏松症防治提供新的治疗思路和防治靶点。
英文摘要:
      Bone formation and bone resorption work together to maintain bone homeostasis in mammals, in which decreased bone formation and increased bone resorption can lead to osteoporosis. At present, the drugs used in the treatment of osteoporosis mostly start from inhibiting bone absorption and promoting bone formation, but there are still many limitations. Bone tissue is a kind of connective tissue rich in blood vessels, with the in-depth study of vascular biology, the structure and function of blood vessels in skeletal have been more understood. Studies have shown that the coupling of angiogenesis and bone formation, the special types of intra osseous vessels, and the Notch signaling pathway of endothelial cells are important for maintaining bone homeostasis and promoting bone formation, The study of the blood vessels in the bone can provide new ideas and targets for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
